4、Portable IV Curve TesterProduct Functions and Advantages
1. Product Functions
(1) Single Module Testing: The portable photovoltaic IV curve tester features single-module IV/PV testing, displaying test results in as little as 5 seconds. Single-module testing is more accurate and faster.
(2) String Testing: The device provides solar panel string testing, supporting string parameters up to 1500V open-circuit voltage and 20A short-circuit current. It can quickly test parameters such as open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current, and maximum power point of the entire photovoltaic string, and quickly screen the electrical performance between different strings.
(3) Continuous Testing: The portable IV tester features continuous testing. With the relevant parameters configured, it can continuously test IV/PV, total radiation, and power generation, and automatically store the test data.
(4) Irradiance Measurement: The photoelectric radiation sensor is installed parallel to the solar panel using the matching mounting clamp to measure real-time irradiance.
(5) Backsheet Temperature Measurement: Using a press-type installation tool, the temperature sensor probe is installed close to the backsheet of the solar module, resulting in more accurate backsheet temperature measurement. Installation and disassembly are also more convenient.
