The Fengtu FT-N10A2 Visibility Sensor features a stainless steel body design, allowing it to be used with confidence in high-salt and humid environments.
The sensor operates based on the principle of aerosol forward scattering. The transmitter emits infrared pulsed light, and the receiver synchronously detects the intensity of the pulsed light forward-scattered by aerosol particles in the atmosphere. The measurement information is collected by a microprocessor controller and converted into meteorological optical range (MOR) through a mathematical model algorithm, accurately presenting the visibility situation. Compared with traditional methods, it can obtain data more quickly and accurately, improving monitoring efficiency.
Meanwhile, stainless steel has high strength and hardness, making the body sturdy and durable, able to withstand collisions and vibrations in scenarios such as ships and drilling platforms.
