3D Ultrasonic Anemometer Product Introduction
3D Ultrasonic Anemometer adopts advanced ultrasonic measurement technology and unique structural design, which greatly reduces the impact of wind resistance and improves measurement accuracy. All metal material, without any moving parts, it is strong and durable, and can measure the wind direction in horizontal and vertical directions at the same time, and the wind speed of the X/Y/Z axis (i.e., U, V, W vector output). Adapt to all-weather operation in various environments, providing reliable data for meteorological monitoring in various fields. It is widely used in urban environmental monitoring, wind power generation, meteorological monitoring, bridges and tunnels, nautical ships, aviation airports and other fields.
How 3D Ultrasonic Anemometer works
The distance between the three pairs of ultrasonic transducers is fixed, and the transceiver circuit controls the transceiver transceiver circuit to realize multiple pairs of transducers to emit ultrasonic waves and receive ultrasonic waves in sequence, measuring the flight time of ultrasonic waves in tailwind and headwind. The wind speed component in three directions is obtained through the relationship between wind speed and flight time, and the total wind speed value is obtained from the vector synthesis principle. The horizontal wind direction is calculated based on the wind speed component in the horizontal plane, and the vertical wind direction is calculated based on the wind speed component in the horizontal plane.
